Our programs offer adult/adolescent outpatient treatment services in Angelina County, Nacogdoches County, Livingston, Jasper, and Woodville.

Services provided include assessment, treatment planning, group counseling, chemical dependency education, relapse prevention, and services for those with a dual diagnosis. 

Credentials of staff include LCDC, LPC, and CCJAP who are passionately committed to helping those with substance abuse problems. We advocate for the client, are flexible and provide referrals for collateral service needs.  The scientifically based approaches to drug addiction are evident in our relapse prevention strategies which include helping the client to learn and identify and correct problematic behaviors in a non-confrontational manner.

Our programs are accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
