Diagnosis of Mental Retardation (DMR)
Diagnosis of Mental Retardation is the eligibility
process to determine if an individual has mental retardation or a
related condition. This process must be completed prior to the
individual's enrollment into services. A diagnosis of Mental
Retardation (DMR) is completed by a Burke Center psychologist. To
