Bobbie Morgan

Mrs. Bobbie Morgan was appointed to the Burke Center Board of Trustees in November of 1987, representing Jasper and Newton Counties. Mrs. Morgan is a long-time advocate of MHMR, helping first solicit people to form the Jasper/Newton Association for Retarded Citizens in 1976, and serving on the Jasper/Newton County Advisory Council until 1987. She is a life member of the Texas Parent Teacher Association and a member of the Call, Texas United Methodist Church Board. Mrs. Morgan was one of the original organizers for the National Rural Electric Women's Association, and served as President from 1980 to 1982. Mrs. Morgan has served as Treasurer of the Board of Trustees.
