Consumer Benefits
The Consumer Benefits program includes tenant-based rental
assistance through the HOME Program, SSI application assistance, DHS
assistance and other community resource assistance. The programs are
committed to upholding the dignity, pride and independence of the
individuals who are eligible for assistance. The program assists the
consumers, who require specialized financial supports to live in
natural living situations as much as possible, like those
individuals who do not require specialized support.
