John Howard

 

John Howard was selected by the Shelby County Commissioners Court in February, 2004 to replace Joe Fomby, representing Shelby County. A graduate of Lamar University in Beaumont, Mr. Howard holds a BSIE degree. He is the bookkeeper for East Texas Poultry Company in Center and utilizes his expertise in finance as a member of the Finance Committee of the Burke Center Board. Concerned with civic responsibility, Mr. Howard is a member of the Lions Club and the Methodist Church.
