Col. Howard Daniel Jr. (US
Army Ret.)
Treasurer
Appointed to the Burke Center Board of trustees in September of
1999, Col. Howard E. Daniel, Jr. represents Polk and San Jacinto
Counties. Col. Daniel has a B.S. degree from Prairie View A & M
University, as well as a Master's degree from Kansas State
University. In addition, he graduated from Command and
General Staff College and the Industrial College of the Armed
Forces. Having retired from military service, Col. Daniel is
presently the founder, president, and owner of the Personal
Development Specialist Company located in Livingston, Texas.
Utilizing his unique ability to motivate people to achieve
excellence, Col. Daniel is in great demand for teaching seminars
and giving motivational speeches of all types.
In
1989, Livingston ISD named him an Outstanding Graduate and in
1998, he was listed in the national publication Who’s Who in
Executives and Professionals.
